Trauma Treatment That Works
- EDMR
Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is the breakthrough therapy that helps your brain reprocess traumatic memories. Studies show that it can provide rapid relief from the effects of a wide range of traumatic experiences.
- IFS
Not all therapists have the specialized training necessary to treat trauma. Unlike many other treatment centers, at Wings all of our patients have the option of working with a highly trained trauma therapist up to twice per week, in addition to having two sessions per week with your primary therapist.

Women today are increasingly looking toward holistic therapies to enhance and complement more traditional approaches to mental health. At Wings, we are proud to offer a wide variety of holistic therapies, including:
- Acupuncture
